It stimulates the body into making the hormones that keep us young and vital while also helping to eliminate the toxins that age us and weaken our immune system. By using a variety of cardio and resistance routines we can positively stimulate all of the body’s functional systems to enhance our health. Not all of my routines are gym based but I try to make them fun while being goal orientated. The important thing is that you start with something you enjoy and is convenient to your schedule, and then push yourself a little harder each week as your fitness levels improve.
